Please contact me to discuss refunds or returns. I do not accept returns but I can offer free repairs.

I aim to make durable products and have tried to cater to all aspects of dogs. The snuffling devices and slow feeders are devices, not toys and therefore your dog should be observed while using and removed once snuffling or eating has finished.

I will aim to help as much as possible.
